We provide Customized Edible Image Printing Services.

There are 2 ways to place your order,

1.  Through email

2.  Walk-in and bring along soft copy of your image

Please provide the following information when placing your order(s):

1.    Your Name

4.    Description of artwork

a.     Dimensions / size / layout (please refer to the Lay-out)

b.     Number of sheets.

2.    Image format

Kindly provide images in picture format, such as JPEG, GIF, PNG  format. Please do not copy and paste images into MS Word document

3.    Photo Editing Services

At this moment, images would be transferred to the icing sheets, as it is. Images should be sufficiently edited prior to submission for printing. Only minimal editing would be carried out before printing is carried out.

4.    Number of Processing Days
Please allow two (2) working days for your orders to be processed. Same-day service may not be available all the time, as it shall depend on queue and availability.

Orders placed on a weekend (Saturday) can only be collected by noon on the following Monday.  Should you request to view the artwork prior to printing, please place your order  at least 3 days before the collection date. 

5.    Refunds
Since all printings are customized, we only accept returns for printing error. Image submission errors, order accuracy and image quality are the buyer’s responsibility.

6.    Delivery
All pick up are to be made at our outlet,  at Shop no 24, Lintas Station only

7.    Shelf life of printed Icing Sheet

All  printed icing sheets should be stored in an airtight container away from bright lights. Store in a cool, dry place. Image may fade after sometime. It is advisable to use them within 2 weeks, after it has been printed.
